Meridian's app, after an airline charge

Mia just paid Singapore Airlines with her Meridian card. Meridian's own card data spots the airline charge and sends the "Just booked a flight?" push (Start here: Card issuers, step 1). Nothing reaches Arvo until she opens the redemption page.
